Amy Robb is a psychology student graduate, blogger and mental health advocate from Belfast, Ireland. She went from having Anorexia to Binge Eating Disorder, and had to learn how to find balance in between.
Amy now devotes her life to spreading awareness around mental health issues, including eating disorders, and body image. As a woman who is naturally thin, Amy gets trolled for being "anorexic" and "too skinny" even after recovering. She helps shed light on the fact that body shaming is harmful no matter what size you are. Recovery looks different for everyone, judgement is best left at the curb.
